NJ Beach Con is owned and operated by Charlies Comic Con, LLC. By accessing this website, you are bound to the following Terms and Conditions. This is a legal and binding contract. NJ Beach Con is described below as ("We","Us","NJ Beach Con","Site","Website", and "Our"). Account owners/creators are defined as ("You", "Your","Owner","Creator","Self","User", and "Their"). We do not imply in any way, shape, or form, any guarantee of any services that we offer including site availability, games, mechanical use, or constructive operations. We reserve the right to modify, remove/add, or justify what we decide as a term of use on NJ Beach Con. By creating an account with NJ Beach Con you are stating that you will regularly check the Terms and Conditions of NJ Beach Con for changes, modifications, and updates.
1. Accounts
You are limited to 1 account(s) on NJ Beach Con. Anyone with more than two account(s) will have their account(s) access removed. Accounts shall have a valid email on file. Any account(s) containing invalid information will be frozen/disabled due to misrepresentation. Any account(s) containing invalid birthdays will be given a chance to correct this value. If this value is found to be invalid you shall have your account(s) access removed.
2. Paid/Purchased Tickets
Purchases on NJ Beach Con are in good faith that you are not violating any local, national, or international laws. Purchased tickets are not guaranteed in any way and can be revoked or removed without refund or liability to us. NJ Beach Con reserves the right to issue refunds as determined by NJ Beach Con. Tickets are not allowed to be sold, traded, offered, or transferred to anyone other than its original purchaser. If you are found in violation of these terms your access to NJ Beach Con shall be removed without refund or credit.
3. Special Guest Apperances
Guests are subject to cancellation or schedule change, due to professional commitments. Although most guests are available for the duration of the event, due to limited availability some guests are only available for a portion of the scheduled event. Appearance day(s) will be posted on the website as soon as we know. All events have limited seating capacities and are offered on a first come, first served basis.
4. Copyright Overview
All the materials on our site are Copyright 2026 NJ Beach Con! You are not allowed to reproduce, copy, sell, or market any of our content without written permission or use of a copywrite notice. The copyright notice shall be represented as follows. "Copyright NJ Beach Con 2026. All Rights Reserved, Images, Games, Articles, and related Materials used with permission." We reserve the right to remove this privilege at any time.
5. Material Submission Policy
Any materials submitted to NJ Beach Con in written, email, data form, or forum posts becomes property of NJ Beach Con. This includes images, written materials, and intellectual ideas of both tangible and intangible matter. Any materials submitted to NJ Beach Con will be taken in good faith that you have not stolen or infringed on anyone's copywritten materials. Any violation of these terms will result in removal of access to your account(s). Submissions regarding NJ Beach Con Staff shall also be honored by these terms. By submitting personal art, literations, ideas, and comments you and your parents are giving NJ Beach Con full rights and ownership allowing both private and commercial use. As always, check with your parent or guardian before submitting anything to NJ Beach Con.
6. Off Site Materials
NJ Beach Con will not be liable for information shared, uploaded, sent, posted, or offered on NJ Beach Con that does not belong directly to NJ Beach Con. This includes links (urls), images, or literary documentation. All users are to follow all Terms and Conditions and local, national, and international laws. Users submitting links to sites containing vulgar, lude, or inappropriate material(s) shall have their account access removed/frozen and legal action taken upon them if necessary. 8. Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability
